Hi, I'm Naveen

Senior AI Engineer at Dell Technologies in Singapore. Twelve years of production software in banking and enterprise, and the last three building LLM agents that act on real systems.

I started as a Java and Spring Boot engineer and spent a decade on the systems banks run on: payments, net banking, loan origination, investor platforms. That's where I learned that software touching real money and real infrastructure needs to be boring in the best way: predictable, observable and reversible.

Today I bring that same thinking to AI agents. I design multi-agent systems with LangGraph and MCP, over RAG pipelines and GPU-accelerated inference, deployed on Kubernetes. The part I care most about is the safety around them: sandboxing, deterministic checks, a critic that isn't the model grading itself, and a human before anything changes production.

  1. Mar 2026 to present

    Dell Technologies

    Senior AI Engineer, Singapore

    • Building the Dell Automation Platform for AI-factory infrastructure: GPU-accelerated deployment, model serving and lifecycle automation for on-prem and air-gapped AI workloads.
    • Building Digital Twin AI Ops, where agents know the blast radius before acting and every fix passes validation gates, policy checks and human approval.
    • Designed the MCP Triage Loop, an agent that takes failing tests on live clusters to a verified fix, and presented it to Dell engineering teams.
    • Tuned inference throughput and memory with KV-cache offloading, and deployed NVIDIA NIM on Kubernetes behind OpenAI-compatible endpoints.

  2. Oct 2022 to Mar 2026

    Crédit Agricole

    Big Data Engineer & AI Agent Integrator, Singapore

    • Built petabyte-scale payment systems on Spark, Hadoop, HBase, Elasticsearch and JanusGraph.
    • Built a Google Cloud modernization proof of concept, including JanusGraph running on Bigtable.
    • Led GitHub Copilot adoption across 200+ developers, cutting migration time by 25%.
    • Won a hackathon with Code Healer, a LangGraph and Bedrock agent that fixes SonarQube issues.

  3. Jul 2018 to Oct 2022

    JP Morgan Chase

    Associate Vice President, Mumbai

    • Built a roadshow platform for scheduling investor meetings across cities and time zones.
    • Improved load performance 10x with a bulk cache-loading strategy.
    • Designed API-led integrations with Apigee, and built a CockroachDB geo-partitioned cluster for low latency.

    • Built bulk transaction upload and reconciliation for enterprises across India.
    • Worked on FlexCube corporate and retail net banking for HDFC Bank.
